We Are Currently Seeking:

Job Title: Journeyman/woman Plumber 

Pay Range: $40-$48

Job Requirements:

    • Valid driver’s license
    • Gas license

Job Description / Duties:

  • Plumbing services, repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks in residential or commercial settings.
  • Diagnose plumbing issues, identify the root causes, and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, pipes, fittings, valves, and related components as needed.
  • Inspect and test plumbing systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their plumbing needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Estimate costs and provide detailed quotes for plumbing services.
  • Install and connect plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and appliances.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing emergencies, such as leaks, clogs, and burst pipes.
  • Utilize various tools, equipment, and materials necessary for plumbing tasks, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time spent, materials used, and services provided.
  • Follow safety protocols and adhere to occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure smooth coordination of plumbing projects.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and plumbing codes to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Work independently or as part of a team, depending on the scope of the plumbing project.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines while representing the organization professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance plumbing skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to established schedules and deadlines for completing plumbing projects.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians or HVAC technicians, as needed for integrated systems.
  • Keep personal plumbing tools and equipment well-maintained and in good working condition.
  • Report any safety hazards, incidents, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
  • Embrace and promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement in all plumbing activities.
  • Uphold a professional and respectful demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and adaptability in resolving complex plumbing issues.
  • Support the company’s goals and objectives by achieving high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow environmental guidelines and regulations when handling and disposing of plumbing materials and waste.
